Terms & Conditions of Rental
1. Booking Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the full rental cost is required to secure the booking.
2. Balance of Payment: Payment of the holiday home rental must be paid in full, 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
3. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €200 euro (£150) must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. An inventory list is available for inspection upon arrival and will be checked again on departure. Please notify Careways within 24 hours of arrival of any discrepancies regarding the inventory. Refunds will normally be made by post within 14 working days following departure. Please note that there is a charge of €25 euro for each security swipe card that is not returned at the end of the rental period. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to leave the property and all contents in an undamaged condition as presented prior to occupation. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the deposit.
4. Cancellation Refunds:
8 Weeks prior to arrival date : No refund of booking deposit.
Balance of payments refunded.
4 – 8 weeks prior to arrival : 50% of rental refunded.
2 – 4 weeks prior to arrival : 25% of rental refunded.
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival : No refund.
If for any reason, guests leave before the end of their agreed departure date, no refund will be given.
5. Cancellation by Owner: The owner reserves the right to give written notice of cancellation of reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. In that event all monies paid by the client will be refunded.
6. Owner Liability: The Owner shall not be liable for any damage, loss or personal injury, which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay. The Owner will not be liable to the client for any temporary defect or stoppages in supply of public services to the property or for any loss, damage or injury from adverse weather conditions or any other matters outside the control of the owner. Under no circumstances will the Owner’s liability to the clients exceed the amount paid in rental charges.
7. Amenities: Use of the amenities, swimming pools, tennis courts, etc are entirely at the users risk and the Owner will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to the clients belongings, personal injury or loss of life. Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed.
8. Insurance: It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges, personal accident & third party liability. Use of the villa and all facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
9. Pets: Pets are not permitted in the villa.
10. Non-smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house due to fire hazard and consideration toward future guests.
11. Arrival & Departure Time: The villa is available for occupation from 2:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:00am on the departure date. This allows the villa to be cleaned before the next guests arrive. The Owner cannot guarantee acceptance of an earlier arrival or later departure time request, however we will endeavour to do all that is possible to accommodate you.
12. Behaviour: The Owner reserves the right to terminate this contract if the behaviour or conduct of the client or any member of the client’s party, using the property, is likely to endanger the safety or well being of other residents and guests of Oasis Parque or to cause a nuisance to other residents and guests.
13 It must be noted, and is a condition of booking, that all clients are deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions and shall take full responsibility for their own well being, health and safety at all times and that the client shall accept all liabilities for any and all losses, damages or injuries to themselves or any other third parties.
